I facilitate progress for organisations, teams and individuals, supporting them to access the resources they need to develop. I work across a variety of assignments providing 4 main categories of service:

1) Facilitation and Learning – including designing and delivering training and workshops and facilitating Action Learning
2) Capacity and Resources- including access to finance/ funding, supporting Executives to implement change projects, mentoring business founders
3) Strategy – managing and implementing strategic projects, providing support and advice to Senior Executives, preparing strategic reports and evaluations
4) Improvement and change – managing change projects, reviewing and establishing internal processes to increase efficiency, managing stakeholder relationships during periods of transition, contributing to thought leadership projects

Throughout my career I have actively pursued a path spanning a variety of roles and projects. This reflects my love of learning and flexible, client-focused approach to new opportunities and challenges, which I meet with a creative, pragmatic approach.

My skills combine a strong strategic focus with a desire to support others to learn and build their skills.   I work in a collaborative way, love to create connections and to pursue solutions based on gaining an understanding of the underlying factors in a situation.

My background spans a range of sectors. I have worked extensively with social enterprises and charities, with particular expertise in the provision of funding and finance.  I also love to work with small entrepreneurial businesses and larger organisations all with an underlying focus on using enterprise for change.  I have a growing interest in new models of organisational management, conscious business structures and supporting the growth of flexible career paths.
