I develop training solutions, with considerable experience of this in the charity sector. Recently I designed a course for WaterAid in Financial Management for Non-financial Senior Managers and I have been giving consultancy about blending classroom based courses with a digital environment for a language development charity. Previously my work has been training charity workers in developing their adult education skills, and creating digital courses from either talk content or classroom courses on topics such as communication skills, conflict resolution, personality types in teams and prayer.
