Rawle has over 20 years experience of professional fundraising. He joined Field Lane in May 2017. Rawles work at Field Lane focuses on building integrated fundraising and marketing campaigns in collaboration with colleagues across the charity. Rawles team is responsible for grant management and fundraising, impact evaluation, communications, and marketing.

Before joining Field Lane, Rawle was a director for the Honeypot Childrens Charity. Previously, he has held several senior fundraising roles, including at the Royal National Childrens Foundation (RNCF) and for the Treloar Trust, a charity providing education and care for young people with physical disabilities.  

Rawle is a trustee for the Reedham Childrens Trust.  He has also been a trustee for NACRO, the social justice charity.  
In his spare time, Rawle sings in a choir and is a founder member of his local walking group.
