I have been considering a move into the Third Sector for some time, having spent many years working in management at Burberry. I am passionate about social and environmental issues and would love to be directly involved in making a contribution to change.

I currently volunteer for St Mary's Church, Hornsey carrying out database administration, and also at Hestia as a telephone support worker.

A conscientious, down to earth manager, planner and organiser, I am used to a busy working environment. I love learning, to use initiative, re-think processes and work independently while being an integral part of a team.

Previous to my time with Burberry, I lived in Milan, Italy, where I enjoyed over 7 years as a teacher of English as a Spoken Language (specialising in Business English) and part time writer for magazines in the UK.

I am eager to find the opportunity to transfer my skills to the charity sector!
