WITH on its own is just a word. When we add other words, we can create a sentence, a paragraph, a story. This is the same with our human systems. When we add humanity to ourselves, we can create relationships, friendships, communities.

WITH-HUMANITY is creating a new social system bringing together two tools. Interdependent Rules of Engagement (I-ROE) as principles upon which to interact with each other, reducing conflict, along with a language to understand self and others by unlocking the Intrinsic-DNA of each person utilising the Clifton StrengthFinder Assessment.

We see these two tools as mutually inclusive.

Our Intrinsic-DNA points to how we uniquely contribute to society through how we naturally think, feel, and behave. Each individuals Intrinsic-DNA is infinitely different bringing with it a language which you can be proud of as this is an indicative of your purpose in life and where youll find your best fit in the world.

Imagine a world where people were looking for your natural talents, recognising your innate value and how you are intrinsically motivated. In this world we actively choose to see the value of each other, we become conscious and intentional around our impact on self, others, and the environment at large creating win/win where we are all seen as humans first, with emotional connection, significance, belonging, safety, esteem, actualisation, trust, acceptance, and love.
