I am a Consultant Psychologist by background and have spent my career supporting the development of teams and services in the NHS, corporate and charity sectors as a coach, union representation, business psychologist and as a senior manager.  As well as offering mediation, I offer executive coaching for individuals and teams, and strategy development for small charity Boards. Having worked as a Director of Clinical Service for a national helpline and mental health charity and Executive Director for a training and membership charity, I understand the issues small charities face. My unique combination of skills can assist with your training needs where these focus on improving stakeholder engagement, improving team work, dealing with resistance, leadership development, and the analysis of organisational culture to create proposals for improvements.
