In 2012 I decided that I wanted the work that I do to make a real difference.  As a result I set up my social enterprise, Populo (www.populo.org.uk).  I provide affordable, quality HR support to small charities and social enterprises. These are organisations that are too small to have in-house HR expertise and may not have any appropriate support from their Trustees or volunteers.  

I provide quality support as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with over 25 years HR experience (higher education, local government and charity sectors) working with executive boards and senior managers in general HR, employee relations, reward and benefits, policy development and project management.  

I offer free HR phone advice every Wednesday 10:00-12:00.
