I am hoping to change careers to a rewarding new role within the voluntary industry, where skills, knowledge and expertise gained throughout previous experience volunteering and I seek to share my passion for volunteer management/coordinating at a charity that is equally dedicated to bringing more people into volunteering and giving them the kind of amazing experiences I've had . I am very hard-working and dedicated and believe I have the passion and willingness to learn to make the transition to my dream career. One of the most important things I have learned from my current volunteering roles is the significance of developing and maintaining good relationships, trust and loyalty. My goal is to create opportunities for individuals to work as a team, to expand and grow to their fullest potential, and I ultimately would love to thrive in a Volunteer Coordinator, Fundraiser or Events Fundraiser position.
