If you have started to develop a CRM to support small charities, but are being let down repeatedly by the dev team in what they are building, is there a way to make a clean break and continue the work with other developers, taking with you so to speak the work that has been completed so far so that not all time and £ spent so far is lost?
The dev team have advised on multiple occasions the brief is clear and they understand the tasks, but their work isn't translating to what we are looking to achieve.
Any advise would be appreciated - thank you.
