Hi there,

I was wondering how you go about publishing your AGM minutes? In the past we have only filed them internally, but we are starting to grow as a charity and now have more people showing an active interest in the charity so I want to be more transparent in what we are doing.

Do you distribute the minutes to your members / email lists? Do you publish them on your website? If so, do you summarise them and to what degree do you summarise?
