As a charity, we have a small staff but a high turnover rate. We prioritise taking care of our employees and ensuring that we have proper HR processes and procedures in place to protect ourselves in case of any issues.
Currently, we are using Citation/Atlas, but our contract is ending and we have found that Atlas can be difficult to navigate and sometimes doesn't function properly.
We are in search of an HR/training package and have heard of Peninsula, know there must be others and we are open to other options. We are aware that People HR, Breath HR, and our intranet from Involv offer basic HR packages for record-keeping and leave management.
Ideally, we would like a package that integrates with SharePoint and includes basic HR functions, as well as a training component and a health and safety feature. We are also open to seeking legal support and insurance from other sources. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
