I've been approached by a local organisation to find out if they, the Charity, have the 'power' to run an enterprise business for their local community who want to learn a trade but not in the conventional way i.e. college?  The organisation would train the young people who are NEETS or have 'wraparound' Services who will not be charged, however for the wider population there would be a competitive price. Most of the profits would go back into developing the 'Learn a Trade' section of this organisation.  Could they make a profit or would they need to set up a subsidiary? Or would this really not be recommended?
