Hi everyone
We are wanting to capture through a very basic pulse survey, how staff are doing through the C19 situation.
The reasons for doing it are: staff have an opportunity to voice their views anonymously, we are screening for risks like burn out, we have impact data to share with trustees, and can use this to contribute to our Covid-19 response review once we’re out the other side, and share with charity commission, funder reports etc.
I’m envisaging something that takes staff less than 5 minutes to complete at the end of each month, with just a handful of questions, probably using a likert scale type response (1-10).
We have some thoughts, but I just wondered if anyone has already started something similar and had any feedback?
