What to do when you and the chair are not on the same page - Anonymous 🙈

This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
"I manage an advice service that is an off shoot of our night shelter. This service which I have grown has gone from strength helping rough sleepers and the hidden homeless. It would seem that my chair doesn't share the same view of the service and has been asking other charities if they would be interested in funding it...I am concerned..any advice"
