Our successful charity primarily relies on volunteerism as our main way of giving, and our income comes from local government and our tenants. As we undergo a digital transformation, we are in search of a new CRM that can help us manage and engage with our seven major stakeholder groups. However, most charity CRMs available in the market are focused on donor management, which is not what we require.

Currently, we use Nimble, an offshoot of Salesforce, but it's too sales-oriented for our needs. While we use Mailchimp for email marketing, we also require a CRM database that can handle the management of our stakeholders.

We are looking for a simple, easy-to-use off-the-shelf solution that doesn't require a Dynamics bespoke package. I reiterate uur focus is on stakeholder management, not donor management, and we need a CRM that can meet our specific requirements. It seems a really challenging ask right now and I am hoping you may know the answer.

We would appreciate any recommendations or advice from anyone who has experience using a CRM that can meet our needs.
