Hi,

I recently registered my charitable company and I am the sole director and such the de facto CEO. I am looking to become operational and register with Charity Commission. My question is can a for profit company be a director of a charity? I aware that a company does act on it own and require representatives.  What if i am the Director and de facto CEO of that company? I am not looking to hire any staff directly but retain as much control over the non profit organisation and contract out most of the work to third parties and volunteers while  complying with the governing documents and laws. Can i do that? Please share any charity commission articles related to same. Thank you.
