I currently work for LOOK-uk.org a charity supporting blind children and their families as a Project Assistant.  The charity enables mentoring programmes and projects to give motivation and help children on their pathway to further education and /or employment.  My role involves setting up Project Days, assisting and monitoring Skype group calls, administration duties including research, compiling spreadsheets of required information and any other tasks as deemed necessary for the Charity in my capacity as Project Assistant.

I have also worked for The Royal National Institute of the Blind as a Volunteer in the Advice Team in the main Office in Judd Street London.  I assist people to successfully complete their applications for benefits over the phone.

I have also previously worked  for Family Lives and inbound charity call centre which helps people with problems within their families invovling support and signposting to other appropriate organizations which may be of assist to them.  Similar format to Childline only for adults.

I am also a trained speaker for Guide Dogs and support Guide Dogs where i can with collections and campaigning.

I have experience of working for the Government as an Assistant Compliance Officer and also in a Six Form University Campus in the Registry Department and also College library

I am a visually impaired artist and continue to be creative and exhibit my work locally.

I have done the first year of a Counselling course and have certificates and experience of being a fine artist.

I have completed an Award in Business & Administration at the Royal College for the Blind in Hereford
